Linda is an executive management consultant and education advocate. After nearly three decades leading organization transformations at enterprises including Microsoft, Owens Corning, BAE Systems, and CIGNA, Linda brings empathy for leaders driving culture change, innovation and growth in organizations from startups to Fortune 50. She provides a broad range of consultative services to build capability and improve organizational performance with clients globally. Her transformation clients include Gap Inc., Pfizer, JLL, Humana, Google, American Express, Hyundai, Facebook, Lufthansa, UNICEF.

 Linda holds a M.S. in Organization Development from Pepperdine University and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania. She has served as adjunct or guest faculty at University of Pennsylvania/Wharton, Rutgers University, New York University, Cornell University, University of Michigan, Pepperdine University, Bowling Green State University, and Catholic University and is a popular podcast guest and speaker.

 She serves as an elected parent representative and Vice President of the Citywide Council on High Schools, the largest school board in the US representing nearly 300,000 students in NYC. Her platform focuses are high quality public education, safety, and career and college readiness.
