• Define the Student Persona – Let’s just say that our persona’s name will be Eva Muniz, a current tenth grader with average grades and will most likely go on an alternative pathway that may bypass university.
• Set Career Readiness journey stages – Stages are the steps students take towards achieving career readiness. At the most simplistic form, the stages may be: Awareness, Exploration, Development & Transition. 
• Student Activities: Identify activities that directly engage students and support their career readiness & skill-building needs at each stage. These might include interactive workshops, career exploration tools, and real-world experiences like internships.
• Goals and Touchpoints: Set clear, achievable goals for each stage of the journey that align with students’ career aspirations. Establish regular touchpoints where students can reflect on their progress and receive feedback.

2. Integrate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Student-Centric KPIs: Develop indicators that measure program performance, student engagement, and progress towards their personal career goals. These might include metrics on student participation in career-related activities, completion rates of career-preparation programs, and feedback scores from students about the experiences they have participated in.

3. Incorporate SCHOOL Activities
